Payment Methods

Financing Options
We understand that being able to split up any out-of-pocket costs into more manageable monthly payments can feel like a weight lifted off your shoulders. We have two financing options available: an in-house payment plan (the details of which our team will sort out with you individually) and CareCredit®.
CareCredit works similarly to a credit card, but for your healthcare expenses. You can choose from many different plans to find which one best suits your needs. Dental Insurance
Our team is here to help you navigate the ins and outs of your insurance coverage so you can spend less time worrying about your benefits and more time focused on your health. Elevate Smile Design works with both in-network and out-of-network insurance providers. Whichever plan you have, we will gladly file and track your claims for you, and we will do everything we can to maximize your benefits.
